Pina Colada Smoothie
1 very ripe banana
1 small handful frozen pineapple
1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut milk (depends on how much you like coconut)
juice of 1 orange
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add ice or cold water if too thick.
